Foot Odor

Foot odor is an embarrassing and common problem. The real cause of foot odor is the odor is actually caused by bacteria breaking down molecules in the sweat. This should give a big hint as the best way to treat foot odor as being to get rid of the sweat. There are various strategies to get rid of the sweat, such as the use of powders, sweat absorbing insoles, absorbent socks, leather shoes and changing the socks and footwear during the day. Any antiperspirant that helps dry the foot is going to help foot odour. If this is not possible, then masking agents can be used to mask the foot odour.
